Am I a Good Candidate?
Admission will be open to any qualified client (15 years or older) regardless of race, gender, sexual identity, or religion. Application must be completed by, parent, guardian or support care provider. The application will be reviewed, and a decision is made either to invite the client, the client’s guardian(s), and Support Coordinator for an interview or you will be notified that our program is not a good fit to address the client’s needs. Such an important decision is based upon many factors, the information from the application describing the client’s functional and psycho-social abilities/impairments, we look for a reasonable “match” between the particular programmatic strengths of our Day Program and the client’s own needs.

- Home and Community-based Services (HCS)
- Texas Home Living (TxHml)
- Community Living Assistance & Support Services (CLASS)
- We do not accept Medicaid.
After acceptance into Odyssey Day Services, we work closely with the client’s family and Support Coordinator to outline specific services to be delivered to the client, as well as individualized goals that will be outlined in the client’s Individualized Service Plan.
